-Online Group Webinars - You will have 6 to 7 x 1-hour online scheduled live group webinar sessions per module via Zoom.

-Online Tutorials (1:1) - You will have 3 x 30 minute 1:1 online sessions per module with your trainer via Zoom. You can book the 1:1 online sessions as per your availability through our app. You will also receive recordings of the online live webinars.
