You've been invited to apply for an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leading corporate partners Heineken, Facilicom Group, SHV Energy or VodafoneZiggo on groundbreaking IoT solutions. In today's dynamic tech landscape, IoT is transforming industries and driving innovation. We're eager to engage with forward-thinking entrepreneurs ready to harness IoT's potential to solve real-world challenges. This application is your first step towards joining forces with our esteemed partners. Selected applicants will pitch their solutions to corporate decision-makers and embark on a paid pilot project to bring their solution to life. 

Here is how it works

  1. Fill out and submit this application form. If you have all info at hand, filling this form takes approximately 15 min. 
  2. If your application is selected, we will set up a meeting with a corporate counterpart in the first 2 weeks of June 2024. We will support you prepare for this Pitch+Q&A session.
  3. You will present your customer proposition idea and will receive a timely decision if it is approved for a paid pilot at client's location. 


Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - meaning that early applicants will benefit from longer review time and higher chances of being selected. 

Also, please note that: you won't be able to save your application during the process to continue later. You might have to start over if you close the browser tab.

Your Idea for the IoT Challenge

In this section it is important for us to know to which challenge you are applying and what your idea for the IoT solution is. It can be based on your existing offering. It is important for us to understand and see how the proposition would look like. We therefore ask you to visualise the offer to the customers and make it available by providing a link to respective files like a presentation, PDF-brochure etc. 

In addition, we assume that at this stage your idea might be based on assumptions to a large extent. We would love to hear these assumptions and your reasoning.

Briefly describe your proposition and the value it will bring to your corporate customer:
- What is your understanding of the problem?
- How do you plan to solve this?
- Why is your approach and/or solution better than othersavailable on the market?
-What is original or innovative about your solution?

NB: Make sure to provide a customised answer in direct relation to the chosen challenge statement and corporate partner.

The selected solution provider will be asked to run a (fully-paid) pilot at a client location. Please describe what a pilot would look like for the proposed solution. Your answer should include (but not be limited to):
- Set up and installation requirements - both for you and for the corporate sponsoring the challenge.;
- Ideal test location(s) and condition(s) - Think about something that would resonate with the corporate sponsoring the challenge.
- Pilot management requirements - both for you and for the corporate sponsoring the challenge.
- KPIs and comparison with BAU
- Expected timeframe for meaningful results.
When answering this question, please consider your previous answer and the following elements:
- Main components of your solution i.e., Sensors, Cameras, Software, etc. 
- People involved and cost of labour.
- Other costs
- Standard Location = A location that doesn't present unexpected complexities.

NB: We understand this will be an approximate value and that the estimate might change.
