Partner Benefits

Mention of side events in at least 2x non-exclusive social posts advertising side events taking place during TNW Event
Mention of side events in at least 2 x non-exclusive communication emails to registered attendees to TNW Event
Media kit provided to be used in all mention of side event by Partner including:
- TNW Event logos
- Official side event banner
- Social media cards
- Designed printed poster (Partner to print)
- Designed printed signage (Partner to print)

Partner Provides

Completes this side event application form.
Ensures TNW Conference logo is displayed alongside event logo and TNW Conference is mentioned in all communication around the side event
Sends 1x dedicated email advertising the 20% discount for TNW Event tickets
Prints at least 1x physical banner at side event, using graphics provided inside TNW media kit
Sends a minimum of 5x photographs on the day of the TNW Event
Within 5 working days of the side event, Partner provides:
- Feedback on the number of attending persons
- A full list of company names and job titles of side event participants
- A quote from the organizer about the benefits of hosting your event during TNW Event
