TERMS & CONDITIONS If filming permission is granted, the company accepts liability for legal responsibility relating to any personal injury and/or damage to the property. The person(s) responsible is expected to adhere to the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, Crow Act and Leave No Trace Principles. Please obey all relevant instructions given by John Muir Trust staff with regards to conservation and ecological impacts of the proposed activity. The company will agree to pay a reasonable cost any damage is caused to the land, property or car park as a result of the filming activity. Any permission granted may be subject to John Muir Trust filming fees. **
