Contractual acceptances*

Fixed cost of opening and handling: €100.00. The fixed cost of opening and handling will not be charged for instruments covered by Comastri Distribution.com warranty. However, if the instrument, despite being covered by warranty, sustains damage attributable to the end user or the installer (e.g., incorrect electrical connections, improper configuration or installation, mechanical breakage due to negligence, etc.), the aforementioned fixed costs of opening and handling will be charged. Repair timeframe: 10 working days after acceptance of the offer. Repair warranty: 3 months. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. If after 30 working days the offer has not been converted into an order, the material will be returned at the customer's expense.
