Expression of Interest to join the D2XCEL stakeholder network

D2XCEL is a collaborative pan-European scaling programme, bringing together a top-tier industry network of 300+ investors, public and private lead customers, and innovation hubs to support 100 deep tech and digital ventures. It develops and deploys state-of-the-art tools and methodologies and shares best practices between leading ecosystem actors.

The programme supports 100 selected ventures (startups) distributed over 10 sectors and connects them with investors, lead customers and other growth opportunities to strenghten Europe's leadership and sustainable growth in those key sectors. The programme provides holistic mentoring on both sector-specific challenges and on specific challenges of each venture. The participating ventures will thus be enabled to excel and scale effectively by strengthening their:
  • Access to pan-European growth funding, both dilutive and non-dilutive, public and private
  • Access to pan-European markets and internationalisation (incl. legal/tax issues, setting up local subsidiaries, corporate development, etc.)
  • Access to lead customers and partners, both public and private, across borders founder team and board and attract the best talent (pan-EU and global)
  • IPR portfolio building competencies
The Programme is seeking active involvement of key ecosystem stakeholders that are willing to bring in their expertise, insights and networks to efficiently support the selected ventures to excel and scale effectively.

Your Focus Market Opportunity

The D2XCEL stakeholders are active and knowledgeable in the market opportunities (MOs) selected below and wish to support the Programme primarily in those sectors. You will be regularly informed about (online or in-person) events in all sectors and are welcome to join additionally. However, for the market opportunities selected below, you will contribute actively as indicated in the next section of this application.

Stakeholder Consent

By submitting this application, I agree to the following principles for Stakeholders in the Programme:

  • I understand and agree that my organisation will be mentioned as Supporting Stakeholder of the Programme in public communications of the Programme (including website and social media);
  • I permit the Programme, represented by the D2XCEL Consortium, to store the names and contact details of the individuals of my organisation that plan to participate in the Programme;
  • I understand that I will not be requested to share any confidential or sensitive information in the context of my contribution to the Programme;
  • I further understand and agree that certain events of the Programme will be held under Chatham House Rules, i.e. participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the information provider(s) may be revealed. However, I understand and consent that the names and affiliations of the participants in those events may be made public.
