INTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANT:
1. All details in this document must be completed accurately and correctly. SSISA will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the applicant as a consequence of inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Once we have received your registration documents and proof of payment of qualification fees, you will receive an email confirming your registration.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
In order to be considered for our online learning qualification you must meet the following entry requirements:
Certificate
• Grade 12 school certificate (National Senior Certificate)/GCSE (General certificate of secondary education)/ similar school leaver certificate or Level 4 equivalent on the NQF (National Qualifications Framework)
• Proficiency in numeracy and reading, writing and understanding English. It is important to note that all qualification material, assessments and communication will be in English.
Technical requirement
• Data: Stable internet connection, minimum 2MB/sec data connection.
• Device: Recommend at least a tablet or computer. Smart phones are acceptable for viewing information but you will not be able to complete your assessments using your Smart phone.
• Software: Moodle mobile app for off-line usage. Latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
Practical requirement
• The student MUST submit all practical tasks via video uploaded onto the free WeTransfer software programme and send to a designated email address.
