1. Logo 
2. Address data
3. Floor plan/map
4. Price list
5. Property photos
6. Accommodation information
7. Accommodation USPs (unique selling points)
8. Photo for the background of the bookingengine (landscape photo)
9. Email address for receiving reservations
10. Cancellation policy (possibly as a link)
11. Payment conditions
12. Link to the terms and conditions
13. Text for the notifications (reservation request, reservation confirmation etc.) 
14. As desired payment details (bank account and name), if you use Mollie or Stripe this is not applicable.
