Moving Home Form

If you are moving home and would like to continue using our services after you move, please use our Postcode Checker to see if our full fibre service is available. If Connect Fibre is unavailable at your new address, we will cease your service on the date requested in the form below.

If our service is not available at your new address, you should be able to cancel your service without any early termination fees. So that we can verify, we need one of the following to confirm your new address: 

  • A letter from a solicitor confirming your house move, or
  • A copy of your new Tenancy Agreement
