  • Maximum monthly outgoing volume: $100,000;
  • (Add-on) $100 per additional user;
  • (Overage) 0,05% of the total value of outbound transactions conducted on public networks (to the exclusion of private networks) that exceed the maximum monthly outgoing volume of $100,000.

Order Terms

This Order Form incorporates the io.vault Terms and Conditions .

Upon agreement to the terms of this Order Form, and subject to acceptance of the Agreement, the company (the "Customer") shall be provided access to io.vault product and the services described above. This Order Form is for a monthly subscription, starting from acceptance of its terms and tacitly renewing unless the Customer notifies io.finnet or disables auto-renewal as addressed in the Agreement. 

Payment Terms

As made clear above, this Order Form is a subscription to a Freemium version of io.vault, with certain services provided for free. 

However, Overages and Add-ons are payable, and a valid credit card is required at the time of subscription. These Overages and Add-on fees will be charged automatically on a pro-rata basis for the first partial month, with subsequent payments processed automatically on a monthly basis thereafter.

Fees stated in this Order Form are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
